Statement on Conflict Materials

Reynolds Services, Inc.

Statement on Conflict Materials

Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act requires all public companies listed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to disclose any conflict minerals from The Democratic Republic of the Congo and its nine adjoining countries (Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia).

While Reynolds Services Inc. is a steel processor and not a steel manufacturer, and is not a public company listed with the SEC, we are still committed to working with mills that are in compliance with this law. All the tin used in the manufacture of our products are from smelters compliant with this legislation. None are in any “Covered Countries”.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any additional information.
