Rayfield Metal Stamping Partners with Gilpin Following Acquisition of AMCLO,

Expanding U.S. Metal Packaging Capabilities

GREENVILLE, Pennsylvania (October 7, 2025) — Rayfield Metal Stamping, a subsidiary of Reynolds

Services, Inc. (RSI), announced today its role as the domestic manufacturing partner in support of Gilpin’s acquisition of AMCLO, one of the largest independent manufacturers of metal closures for composite cans, tubes, and cores. The acquisition by Gilpin includes AMCLO’s production equipment, product inventory, and customer relationships.

Under the agreement, AMCLO’s equipment and inventory are being relocated to Rayfield’s Greenville, Pennsylvania facility, where production will continue on a full range of stock and custom metal caps, plugs, closures, and ends. Rayfield will handle all manufacturing operations, while Gilpin will oversee sales, marketing, and supply chain management for current and future customers.

“This partnership marks an important step forward for Rayfield,” said John R. Frangakis, CEO of Reynolds Services, Inc. “By integrating AMCLO’s equipment and product line into our operations, we are not only expanding our manufacturing capabilities but also reinforcing our commitment to U.S. manufacturing and delivering high-quality, competitively priced metal packaging solutions to the market.”

Over the past four decades, Rayfield Metal Stamping has evolved from a can-making consulting firm into a precision manufacturer of metal ends, caps, plugs, and closures serving consumer and industrial packaging markets. Since joining RSI, a leader in sustainable metal packaging solutions, in 2022, Rayfield has expanded its operational expertise and production capacity. Its advanced press operations, skilled workforce, and upgraded facilities in Pennsylvania and Ohio enable both high-volume standard production and custom-engineered solutions, positioning Rayfield to play a central role in supporting Gilpin’s AMCLO acquisition and ensuring a smooth transition and reliable supply for customers.

“This collaboration aligns perfectly with our mission,” said Frangakis. “We’re excited to bring AMCLO’s customers into the Rayfield family and to continue growing our capabilities in partnership with Gilpin.”
