According to a 2015 study by Consumer Reports 8 out of 10 American consumer said they would rather buy an American-made product over an imported one. But what does it mean for companies to put the “Made in the USA”? What effect does buying these products have on our economy and environment? The attached Fact Sheet highlights some of the major components to labeling a product as Made in the USA as outlined by the FTC. Reynolds Services, Inc. is proud to report that over 90% of our US shipments are from domestically sourced steel. We believe that by focusing on domestically sourced material we are doing our part to strengthen our industry, the economy and produce a quality product. Products manufactured in the United States create job growth, strengthen the economy and reduce the environmental footprint.
